                17th & 18th May 2007

With severe winds & driving rain, it was impossible to get up the hill with low cloud shrouding even the bottom shelf. At 15.40 on the Thursday, 3 Jaguars came over line astern all trailing vapour, It was great to watch them go overhead, & I am fairly happy that with the very bad light, photographing them would have been very difficult. Friday dawned no better with driving rain & 40mph gusts. By 1pm the rain had stopped, & with the rumour that the Jags would return we set of up the hill. The only movement of the day was a Tornado GR4 from Lossiemouth that came up the valley, pulled up and with a flat loop, came back over our heads about 15 seconds later. Here's to next time.
